Hi, just away to get me alignment and tracking done by a mate on the cheep and was wondering what the best settings would be!

I have 2005 sti with prodrive springs and 18” prodrive wheels.

He is going to be using optiflex, anyone used this machine before and was it any good for setting everything up?

Any info would be good, I don’t track the car and use it as my daily driver.
