Hi

My engine mgt light has came on after revving out of gear and popping my exhaust.
I was sat for 5 mins at around 5k revs and then light came on.
Everything seems ok but a little worried
Would the pops possibly throw a code to the engine mgt?

If it's the red bugeye in "view my scooby" then it might be a camshaft position sensor error.........typical spurious CEL on a bugeye.

See if it goes out after 5-6 engine starts

If not you will need to get the code read off the ECU.

Its gona be weird when i go back to a normal, sensible, reliable car.........then again nah!!!
