hi there i would just like to know if the avcr is simple to install? finally i had my car mapped but for some reason the commander lights up & only displays the apexi sign, not the readings. has anyone come across this?

i think you may have the wrong commander for the power fc if it's stuck on the logo screen. not 100% sure though.

Yes, I beleve mike is correct - I'm certian that if if it doesn't go beyond the A'PEXi screen, then it's the incorrect Commander year for your product's year.

what if the port is damaged on the ecu, would that also cause the same problem?

Is the port on the PFC a female? (can't remeber lol). If so, then it's unlikey to be knackered. If the plug on the end of the Commander cable is male with the connecting pins, then it's a possibility that a wire is broken to one of the pins... But highly unlikely IMHO.

As said, you probably just need to source the correct Commandrer model...

the commander is the wrong version..
