Just fixed this on my Bugeye, its one of the flexible fuel lines that connect to a fuel pipe. Mine needed replacing in two places. £600 fix but if you have any warranty it can be done under this as subaru now about this. The replacement is a longer metal fuel pipe within the engine bay on the left hand side. Sorry but i'm not really that technical. Mine only really happened when it was cold, and when the engine heated up it went away.

Inlet manifold off car and you will see the fuel rail has 4 small bits of rubber hose joining together will be leaking on one of these changed mine the other week , hose is about £3 from auto factors then two inlet manifold gaskets £6 each from subaru , there is no way of doing it with manifold on car everything has to come off .
