Default coolant change?

been searching the net for a good write up, all of them say there is one drain plug on the rad, is this the only one? will this not just drain the coolant from the rad not the whole system? i'v done this before on a crx , it had a drain plug on the rad but a big drain bolt on the engine also.

there was also something about the turbo coolant, will this drain from the rad aswell?

also what water would be best, tap or bottled?this prob depends where in the world you are,but volvics got to be good though

also looking for recommendations on antifreeze and watterwetter
