eye bolt in cabin?
why is there an eye bolt ...on side of the tunnel behind drivers seat?
do they all have one?

Not standard. Probably fitted by someone who did a lot of track days, or a get away driver, or maybe it was previously used in demolition derby, either way, the driver was obviously safety conscious !
