ive got a 97 impeza estate 2000 awd turbo could i get some advice on tunning it up what would be right for this car i have put on a vf22 turbo thank you

If you have already exchanged turbo you should certainly know your way about the engine and about tuning?
Otherwise my advice to you is to change back to your Td04 and spend some hours on the net.
(Short version: you run risk of killing your engine with an bigger turbo without mapping for it. An your not seeing the gains of it either)
