Default Clutch - notchy, grinding "feel" ?!?!

This is doing my head in

Once the car is warmed up the clutch pedal has a notchy / grinding feel when I depress it.

I've tried playing about with pin which connects the clutch pedal to the fork on the main rod by placing washers either side to stop the sideways movements - still notchy today !!

The clutch itself is fine and is not slipping, I've also tried altering the clutch pedal adjustment, but still no joy ...

Any advice is welcome

Hi, can you feel the vibrations coming thru the pedal or the pedal is notchy as u move it, as though it needs a little oil/lube on ?

The pedal is notchy when I depress it - no vibration as such.

This evening I could actually hear the noise from under the bonnet.

If I don't let the clutch come right the way up and then depress it there is no notchyness?!?!

Yip release bearing for sure - heat dries out the grease and it get notchy - it can go on like that for years tho maybe plan ahead money wise for the box to come out at some time in the future.
