Very quick question....I'm about to do my first oil & filter change on a 99 Sti Type R
I've got 5 litres of Millers...Will this be enough?

Yes mate plenty. Remember to pre fill the filter before fitting. Including what you put in the filter only use 4 ltrs then gradually fill with a little at a time up to just below Max ( The hole in the dipstick not the notch ). The total capacity is 4.5 ltrs but if you put that in straight away it may well be over full and that causes problems.
