Default Is the RB5 Prodrive ECU mappable?

Hi sorry if this may be a daft question, but just need to be clear on it. Can the the prodrive ecu be mapped just like a standard turbo 2000 , or is it a locked ecu to the PPP set up?

Bit of a newbie so go easy lol

Thanks

Mark

the ppp is locked as in you can't treat it as if you have an ecutek licence and only require a tweek map but yes can avail of an ecutek 3 fresh map afaik

As mentiond it is map-able. But you might want to source a standard ECU for that year, and sell your one, as they fetch a bit more. Thats what I did. Standard ECU for that year can go from 50-100 quid, I sold my PPP one for 240, so it helps a bit with mapping costs.
