Same happend to me mate

Normaly its when the shaft gets play and siezes solid, due to the finns rubbing on the casing! But shouldn't of happened on a 6month turbo!

Where do you park your car? (outside in garage)
Do you have an induction kit?? (could let water in to rust up)

Just hope you have warrenty??

There was no play of the shaft at all and the car is always parked in a closed garage, no induction kit.

The rust is so much it could only happen if I put the turbo in the sand for a couple of years.

This is a very strange situation, there is too much rust in there and nobody can explain why..

Pos not rust as such, The turbo may have been overheating so thats why its in such a bad way which could be the water jacket blocked??

Would defo take it bad if you can mate!

Without seeming rude, have you been shafted by your supplier or was it only £200 ?
