Default Idle Air Control Solenoid

I have recently started my Type R for the first time in 18 months andeverything is fine (now i have replaced the battery) but this afternoon i got the CEL.After doing a dignostics check via the plugs behind the steering column i got an error 24 Idle air control solenoid

anyone know where this is and can it be cleaned as it was fine the last time it ran

on the rear of the manifold, and yes you can clean it out with brake cleaner or something similar.
