Default What plugs @ 380bhp?

PFR7B still up to the job or will I need something colder? I can get hold of Denso plugs very cheap from work but most tuners are not very fond of them

i use pfr7b at 400bhp

remember to reduce the gap over stock to accomodate the extra boost.

My sti rods have not gone snap yet but as soon as they do I will be fitting a forged CDB build, so wont upset me too much

Hope to get another year from this block first though

7b's work fine running more power than that so will be fine for 380

And to prevent possible spark blow out, gap to between 0.65 and 0.7mm.

I ran 7s at 450 bhp on a rotated gt30r fed 2.5L, stock gaps and no problems
