will 4 pot front calipers off a v2 fit an early v1 to replace standard ****ty 2 pots.

yeah will do! you'll need the bigger discs though.

....reminds me, have some for sale.....will go post in for sale section now.

4 pots off any age scoob will fit with the right discs 294mm. But make sure your wheels will clear the calipers.

i got new age 17 inch wheels will these clear them.

They will be fine. But some of the early classic 16 inch ones wont. Just thought id mention it as you said a early version 1.

Yip, same as me, I got the Black Diamond discs but they are the right size for the 4-Pots and my OZ Tourismo's clear them (just).

I recommend getting braided brake lines if you can spare the cash and dot 5.1 fluid - makes a big difference to the feel.

Do the early WRX's have ABS, I had to delete the ABS on my 4-Pots as the RA doesn't have it.

Do the calipers loom like the ones in the above pictures...???
As version 2's didn't have four pots as standard..... they too had cr4py 2pots....

The pic is of the standard subaru 4 pots. They weren't fitted to the early cars. The ones above were off a 2001 bug eye.
Finalzero, how much did the black diamonds set you back? Im after some new discs/pads.

It was an option from the factory for the early JDM WRX (MY93-96 v.1/2, I think).

Mine doesn't have it, damn!
