This time of year?
Drive it to a garage, say, "please flush out old coolant and replace with new," wait half an hour, drive away.

read this link may help you but when you start engine make sure you set heater to full and have blower on full .....

and i hope you have sorted the garage out who put just water in ! living in scotland i know how cold it gets up there my lorry froze up once while i was drivin it up there at night lol ....so not to put anti freeze in was totally insane....i think if you dont get refund a name and shame in order ...
