Default boost problem

hi guys i fitted a pp chip to my classic was suppost to take the boost to 1.1 bar. i took the car for a run once it was fitted and it was only boosting to 0.9 bar has anyone got any ideas what could be wrong thanks for your help.

Frequently Asked Questions

turniong up the boost on early cars can show a few weaknesses (old coil packs,plugs etc)

Boost gauge not reading correct ???

Did you get the PP chip off a reliable person is it what they say it is ?
