Default APS Front mount easy diy or not

Hi all ime thinkin of fitting a aps frontmount to my 04 plate sti

but the more i look at it the harder it seems ..

help lol

i have fitted one on mine,its more time consuming than hard to do.if you take your time and do the job right you will have it done in the day.

I took four hours to fit a Hyperflow FMIC.....

And two days of sawing, filing and sanding to get the bumper to fit !

It depends how much your time is worth to you, it seems to take most people 4-8 hours on their first try

i still dunno what to do what tools are needed .. i got most things but is there a main tool i need ie like a dremal lol

I didn't fit mine but there was no cutting of my front bumper to fit it as it was a perfect fit

Mine was SO HUUUUHGE I had to chop a fair bit out, and the bottom 1" is still masked by the bottom edge of the bumper.

But they are hard to find so don't want to maul a Prodrive Edition bug-eye bumper into shabby bits
