Anyone have a rough idea how much the front bonnet from an early classic(alloy lightweight) weighs?

I'm looking to ship one with a courrier....

cost me 60 quid to send an ally classic bonnet with a courier
wasn't so much the weight but because of the size, i'd put it in a big old telly cardboard box that i'd laid flat then taped along the edges..............

Couriers usually kill bonnets...

yep, dont expect a carrier to deliver a bonnet in one peice mate. no matter how well you pack it, they will fu*k it.
