Take it to someone who has Select Monitor or look here on the help page www.jollygreenmonster.co.uk or Scoobypedia | Trusted knowledge for everything Subaru | Scoobypedia / Scoobypedia (under ECU) or disconnect the battery for an hour or so.

check all the pipe work around the air box or induction kit (what ever you have) is all tight, my old my00 had sort of the same prob as this!
tightend up a jubile clip and that sorted that one out!
shame it wasnt the same would still have £92 in my pocket

Yup, ecu has to learn the boost max levels again on oe ecu's, well new age ones I know of. Dont know full ins and outs of it as not a mapper but had plenty of good and bad remaps in my time and they do talk about the ECU's setting of learn rate after reset. You should find within 50 miles or so she'll pull harder and stronger.

Hmm, so my car being a JDM would need to be mapped again for UK fuel? I'm only saying this because I might try the same thing over the weekend and worried about the consequences.
