please help my engine warning light flashed up on my way home from work today. it flashed for about 10 sec and then went off it was under boost when it came on about4500rpm. it has not come on since and seems to be running fine, should i try and get the fault codes or not worry about it. its on a my01 bugeye.

You can't manually read the fault codes on your car - You'll need to either take it to a dealer / garage with a scan tool , or buy a Tactrix cable (or similar) to do it yourself.

Where are you based? - I could read the codes for you if your nearby
