Just been told my head-gasket has blown and that they need to take the engine out to replace it. Can anyone tell me a rough idea of whats involved and how long its likely to take?

Once the engine is out, its not too long a job, maybe a few hours.

Whats involved is both manifolds coming off, then removing the cambelt and then cams out etc and then the head can be taken off and headgasket replaced (If that is all it is)
