Whining Noise?

I've got a constant whining noise under normal driving sounds worse going round corners?

99 UK Turbo 2000 WRX

Any ideas?

Panic over i think, me thinks it's something to do with low P/S fluid or could be time for a new P/S belt - nice cheap fix i hope

I had this last week-yes it was power steering pump making the noise due to all the fluid leaking from cooler pipe in front of rad.
Fitted new pipe and refilled with fluid and bled-now all ok.
