Default Maifold + up-pipe gains?

What sort of gains can i expect to see if i purchased and fitted a set of headers and an up-pipe

they would be unequal length, probably heat wrapped

which are best?

Would there be any noise difference?

Hard to say as will depend on your existing mods and engine spec. General rule of thumb could be 20 bhp 30-35 ft/lb maybe.
Mine made the car sound deeper low down and yet like a big cc motorbike higher up, seemed strange at first but now mint.

Uppipes removing decat will help lower spool slightly...larger bore manifold will increase spool slightly but more power further up.

depends on the model, some cars had a cat in the upipe for example

i got really good gains from ported headers + a zerosports upipe, but this is not a cheap combo to have, the ported headers are, but the zerosports upipes go for stupidly silly cash when you buy them new

What I suggested in the PMs yesterday would be best.

Anything from middle 300s would benefit from tubular headers.

bob iv done a search, seems a few chaps using gruppe s headers said the flanges didnt match up to the ports 100% - can you shed any light on this?

That is an old thread (2003). The design has since been improved.

They would be my 1st choice of headers for the spec you are going for
