Well, assuming the system is designed for your New Age from the 2nd cat back and has OEM sized flanges all round, then you'll need...

2nd Cat section >>> centre section (2.4" version)...
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Subaru-impreza-downpipe-decat-gasket-All-sizes-de-cat_W0QQitemZ190258923421QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item1 90258923421&_trkparms=72%3A1350|39%3A1|66%3A2|65%3 A12|240%3A1318&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14

Centre section >>> back box...
Impreza Turbo 2001-2005 New Age : Subaru Impreza Gasket and bot set

BTW, you won't get much cheaper than than these prices either

Oh right, that exhaust is all-in-one i.e. it replaces the 2nd cat, centre and back box as a whole lol. In that case the only gasket you'll need is this one (joins to the 1st cat section i.e the 'downpipe')...

2nd Cat section >>> centre section (2.4" version)...

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Subaru-impreza-downpipe-decat-gasket-All-sizes-de-cat_W0QQitemZ190258923421QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item1 90258923421&_trkparms=72%3A1350|39%3A1|66%3A2|65%3 A12|240%3A1318&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14

See here for an illustration of how your exhaust would substitute for those 3 OEM parts...
