Question Which spark plugs?

hi just wondering if anyone could tell me exactly what spark plugs i should have, its a 1999 uk 4wd turbo 2000 thanks in advance

NGK PFR6B - Gapped to 0.7mm

i'd get the PFR7B's - they're better and the supplier i went to was only charging a tiny bit more

the 7's run cooler i think....

How often do they need changing? ( sorry for hijack )

Subaru Service Schedule says 30k miles/24 months - whichever is sooner.

I've the same model/year car and i've just bought some NGK PFR6B's as recommended by others on here

If your car is standard then use the 6's. The 7's should only be used on modified cars running much more power.

Agree with Martin on this one.

A standard engine works best with the 6's, so unless you are running more boost/power I wouldn't put fit the colder 7's
