It's very cheap, but i would be very surprised if you don't get charged duty on it from the courier at this end.
Also it's not a direct fit by the look of it, certainly not by the look of the hose connection.

i have bought from these before i bought a stainless steel exhaust full system and it turned up with no duty charges, the quality was ok but not brilliant but does the job, as for the turbo i would be very careful because you find there are a lot of copies out there on ebay and you will probably find that it wont hold boost as much as it should and the life expectancy will be suspect, your best sticking with a turbo from uk, try andy f turbos there quite reasonably priced and they do a exchange service and they do what they say plus as well if something goes wrong you know where to go whereas if the turbo was faulty to post it to the us would probably cost you £80+

that is an Evo turbo.. the evo turbos rotate in the opposite direction... look at the compressor cover and compare to a Subaru turbo., the snail rotates the opposite way.

Unless they sell that and a subaru version and that is just a picture of the evo one then it won't fit.. they mention it will with some mods to fit a subaru.. bit more than some
