Which full exhaust system?
Hi gang.
Right, well, I was going to get a full Hayward and Scott system, de-cat up pipe, de-cat down pipe, de-cat centre pipe, and jap angled back box.
However, after speaking to some people, they regard Hayward and Scott as not that great, poorly constructed and don't offer as much power gain as a big name.
As far as I was concerned, it's a pipe, if it's welded properly and contructed properly, surely there isn't going to be much difference, as long as it's the right bore and offers the most straight forward route for the gasses.
Sure, the welds don't look the best on H&S, but they're functional.
But anyway, the main reason I was going to go for an H&S system, is the fact you can get the whole system from them, and it seemed like a reasonable price, about £600 for all of it.
However, the opinion is that they only got popular because they filled a gap in the market, when it was hard to get the japanese exhausts over here, and now we can, the opinion is that H&S are redundant.
I'm not slagging them off, just stating what people have told me
I'm sure big names (Blitz, HKS, etc) are better, but I can't find full systems from any of them.
All I can find is the backbox and a centre section, that's all there is on the blitz website for the Nur Spec R for example.
So what makes do offer a full system? (up pipe, down pipe, centre pipe, back box, all de-cat)
Since I haven't seen any on several of the shop sites I know about.
If there aren't really any, then what down pipe and up pipe should I buy to go with something like a Nur Spec R, for example?
Cheers

you could do allot worse than a RCM full system
Ive had H&S, TSL and HKS and my current rcm system is much better in comparison
