Default Squeaking noise when warm from power steering/alternator

I `ve got a very annoying squeaking coming from the belt area at the front of the engine. it increases in volume when you rev, and only happens once the engine is warm.

I recently changed all the idlers and tensioner as they were a bit iffy but the noise is still there!

I took the power steering and alternator belt off this morning after drving into work and started the engine and the noise went so i`m guessing its something to do with one of them. Its not the belt slipping as i loosened the belt and drove it and the belt was slipping then which is a different noise, so i tightened it back up and the noise is there.

Anyone any ideas on what it could be or is there any way to narrow it down to where the problem is?

Thanks,
Mike
