Default Should I get a remap ?

OK, so ive recently rebuilt my '97 Type R that I dont think has been remapped since it was imported. During the rebuild Ive added some new headers, and up pipe and will hopefully be adding a downpipe and Walbro fuel pump.

My question is should it get remapped now ? and where can I get it done in the Herts area ?

Thanks in advance guys.

Thanks Mike, are they recommended ? can the standard ECU be remapped or would I have to buy a piggyback ?

standard ecu is not mappable.. after market replacement - Apexi PowerFC or SimTek being the most popular.
