strange turbo noise and cel light coming on?

anyone here got any ideas before i book it in the garage, engine light comes on under load at 4000 in 4th gear, and turbo makes a strange squealing noise at 4500 in all gears?

take it a scooby specialist that can read the error codes

There is a list here on the error codes for new age imprezas Scoobypedia | Trusted knowledge for everything Subaru | Knowledge / ECU

but i would guess no one has answered as it would be just guess work.
