when im mid to full boost im hearing a whistling noise(sounds like someone whistling) is this type of noise usually associated with leaky boost,fmic pipes?

yes mate,the noise has just appeared after i refitted the turbo side i/c pipe after heatwraping it. It runs fine,boosts fine no pops,misfires or anything bad just this noise actually its more like blowing a rasberry through tightly squeezed lips,lol. but you know what i mean.
