are std uk turbo headers diffrent to std sti ra ones ??

No.
O/E 93-96 are all the same and O/E 97-00 are the same.

i though as much , ill be going for some tubular headers and heat wrapping them or ceramic coating .

The tubular will cost you spool. Up to the mid 400s bhp your best choice is probably ported and purpode designed up-pipe.

whats your best recomended off the shelf items hear good things about one or two ?

From other threads I think you are aiming for up to 400 bhp on an 05-06 20G??? That being the case, your best choice would be ported headers and matched up-pipe and that is based on my personal experiences and years of doing this.
