Firstly let me appoligise if this has been asked a million times before but i've tried serching and not really got what I'm after.

3 years ago (15000 miles ago) at 32000 miles my Version 6 sti (More or less standard) was treated to a major service where absolutely everything was replaced, Yearly since it has had just engine oil, and filter. I'm wanting a more in depth service this time and was thinking.
Plugs,
Engine Oil,
Oil filter,
Air filter,
Diff oils.
Do People think these are neccessary?? and do people think anything else should be replaced Ie fuel filter?

Also any advice on exactly what to get with all the parts?? What diff oil?

I know engine oil needs to be 10-40w but which make is best?

My car was rolling roaded and I was told the plugs were starting to break down when over 8000rpm so uprated plugs are required. Is this right and if so what plugs are recommended?

I know a lot of questions but any advice will be appreciated.
