Default REAR WHEEL STUCK ON........HELP

basically all my alloys was tight to get off and one of the rear ones i cant even get the bolts undone, its after market alloys that have that special nuts that fit into the bolt hole and you need a allen key shaped key to remove the nuts, mine are on so tight that the nuts have cracked around the edges and now the removal key keeps spinning in the hole.

anyone know how i could get these off?

cant see that workin as it will just split the nut open further. i've tried a blow torch and shock and unlock spray to no success. the nut just keeps spliting open and my removal key spins

I had the same problem with some BK Racing alloys on my last impreza tried everything to get them off. The only way I could get mine off was to drill around each bolt hole until the wheel would come off then use large mole grips to take the nuts off. This does distroyed the alloy!!!

you might be able to get some reverse thread locking wheel nut remoovers if you have the room where the nut sits ?

I've never known those reverse thread things do anything but snap off in the hole you make, leaving a core of hardened steel right where you don't want it...

You could carefully drill every bolt out, but it would take some time that's for sure. I don't envy you. Or...weld a bit of metal bar onto the bit of the nut that you can get to and use that to lever it round? Might work.

could try one of those sockets with the spring loaded pins in made for this sort of thing, the socket may be just big enough to go over your nut and pins will fill the allen hole while stoppin the nut from splitting more as it will open into the socket as thesocket will act as a sleeve?????????? just an idea
