Default hunting when in neutral

will hunt sometimes when stopping at some lights or junction, check engine lights on now and again with code 24

Sounds like your Idle Control Valve is gummed up ( try removing it and cleaning with carb cleaner) or a vaccum leak somewhere on the Inlet Manifold

mines having the same problems at the moment. Where would we find the idle control valve?

thanks bud , my isc was not connect for some reason due to prev owner having an apexi boost controller, now oly fault that shows is 24?

Have you cleared the ECU memory and checked it again - it may be the old fault stored in there.
