Oil in Boost Pipes??
Hi Guys,
The Garage also removed a bit of oil from the boost pipes when I had it in last week. What would cause this?
Cheers,
Richard

The breathers dump oil into the inlet....
The big boys fit a catch can and avoid the problem whilst chasing monster horsepower. Also good on a tuned road car as oil vapour is a poor fuel.
IMHO

Large amounts COULD be coming from the turbo bearing, have a look for marks where the blades are catching the inlet housing...

P.S. had a look at the other thread.... I could only suggest a sensor problem, the ecu SHOULD give a clue.
