Default Which Scooby?

Hi, this is my first thread on here and I am a bit of a noob when it comes to Scooby's! I am registered on this forum to find some info for my mate who has a scooby. I have an EK9 and know more about them than a scooby!

Can someone please help! I would first like to know which Impreza my mate exactly has? STi or WRX?? I know that its a 99, 5 door UK scooby with an
EJ20 engine.

Also he needs a new clutch and was wanting to know which is best value for money? He is running about 300bhp so he wants a good one. Exedy? It has a TD04 turbo with a TD05 compression wheel, custom de-cat exhaust system and has been mapped by Andy Forrest.

He needs it serviced and wanted to know where best to buy the parts of the net and what to get? Like which panel filter, oil filter, plugs, leads, etc?

I have told him to get an HKS dump valve, the sequential one and a turbo timer! where are best to get these parts. I know funky power do them but is there anywhere else?

Sorry for all the questions! If someone could point me in the right direction! Thanks

Its not a wrx or an sti as these are both jap imports. A uk car is simply called an impreza Turbo.

My mate will be selling the above Subaru once he has serviced it but I just wanted to know how much it is worth in todays market?

Spec is:

1999 White UK spec Subaru Impreza
110k miles
1 Years MOT
1 Years TAX

Stock Interior
Stock EJ20 engine
Stock Top Mount intercooler
HKS panel filter
full Samco Hose Kit
HKS sequential dump valve
Greddy Turbo Timer
TD04 turbo with TD05 compression wheel
water spray built in using washer jet system
radiator upgrade for extra cooling
STi radiator cap
Magnacor Leads
NGK plugs
Fully heatwrapped downpipe, decat and exhaust system with custom made stainless steel backbox
Uprated Clutch and Flywheel bought from Aztec Performance (cant remember which type I bought, maybe he can help out?)
serviced regularly using Millers oils and fluids
Fully mapped by Andy Forrest. Made close to 350bhp. Not sure of torque figure. will need to ask him if he still has a dyno printout. Ran a 12.9sec on the drag strip so this is a very quick Subaru.

Just had new front and back brakes, new radiator, new tyres and timing belt replaced. Majority of work done by Chris Allan in East Linton.

Colour coded side skirts, mirrors and bumper lips and fully undersealed. No rust whatsoever, this is a very clean car!

I think that is everything, if I remember anything else I will add. Can anyone help me with a price please?

Thanks

About 2k in the current climate.
350bhp and 12.9 dont go hand in hand either, id expect much more from that considering lardy standard Spec C's do a 1/4 in 13 dead

Cheers Tony, about 2k aint too bad.

Its defo not anymore than 350bhp as it was mapped when the previous owner had it and thats what he told me at the time after it had been mapped as the previous owner lives in my street. Thats how my mate ended up buying it from him about 3 years ago. Unless its had other work done to it that we are unaware of.

If you go on to the Crail website and check times for Gary Wilson you will see it done a 12.9 sec.

Cheers

Yea maybe that was to do with the surface as Crails surface is known to be very poor. I wouldnt lie about the power. I will get a graph and prove it!
