just a simple question ,what milage should they be changed at?thanks

 

Around 45k and then 90k or at 4 year intervals (if the belt becomes dirty with oil contamination then change asap) to be on the safe side. Check tensioners as well, also worth putting a new crank seal on when you do the cam belt. They are about £7 but the cam belt has to be removed to change them.
