Advice needed
Help needed i have been offered an Impreza 03 sti ppp by my brother-in-law but think the bottom end has gone(knocking) just wondering how much it will cost to put right

A rebuild will cost you about 2.5-3k for standard, uprated parts will cost about 4-5k
Oh and get it done by someone who knows what they are doing, what area are you in (yorks/lancs/herts/essex etc)

Do it, total cost will be about 7k total for car and rebuild, maybe even less than that

Hi Rich, you've made a good choice, contact API as above and you will soon be smiling! Listen to their advice, even if you think you will never modify it I can assure you the bug will get you in the end! Its not worth spending money rebuilding it only to then upgrade it later. Good luck with it
