Don't even think about money until you can hear the engine running and it can be test driven.
What's the excuse for a lack of keys - it would make selling a lot easier, unless it has to be a quick, cheap sale
Can the "owner" come up with a V5 and proof of ownership?

just buy a new key and lock set you can change them all in under a couple of hours then get a dealer to code the new keys dead easy really

Cool keys

hi mate you will be surprised how cheap a key would be, i recentlly bought my 02 uk wrx impreza out of a salvage auction, stolen recovered with no keys, phoned my local subaru dealer (haddoks of colchester) they ordered me a key from the factory and programmed it all in was under 80 pound including VAT, luckilly when they fired it up it was all fine, good luck
