Default turbo 2000 first mods??

right, as i have pretty much all the exterior styling things i want (jus need spraying and fitting) thought id actually start playing with the engine and that sort of department for the car. I already have a blitz nur spec backbox with a powerflow centre section (soon to be made another custom section to produce a louder grumble) and soon ill sort a downpipe out. But id like to start with the filter...is it worth getting an induction kit? personally i think it would be better to just fit an aftermarket panel filter on instead...maybe a green cotton one, but ive seen in a few threads of peoples mods that theyve put in an sti panel filter...is this jus simply the standard panel filter off an sti? or is it an after, arket filter FOR the sti? except u just fit it into the turbo 2000's??

Any suggestions much appreciated people
