96 impreza classic misfiring at 4000 rpm

my 96 impreza misfires at 4000rpm have tried coil packs all second hand no cracks .can anyone help this started when i put a full stainless system on the car. any sugestions appreciated

Their 2nd hand for a reason,they don't have to be cracked to give a weak spark.

mines exactly the same mate 4000rpm them it runs crap missing just as on boost i changed my coils didnt do anything mite be air flow meter? check the plugs?
