Ok i'm a little confused regarding some figures ive been given

I'm looking at getting a blitz sus power cone, now where i'm confused is the internal diameters i've been offered

C1: 151mm I/D 150mm Cone Depth
C2: 151mm I/D 150mm Cone Depth
C3: 113mm I/D 140mm Cone Depth
C3: 113mm I/D 90mm Cone Depth

Now before anyone says to buy a complete kit, i dont need one just the filter. Its going to be fabricated to fit when i go mafless and tweaked further.

So basically what i'm asking would the C3 be the best option for a my99??
