Hello all

Put the car on a test today and it failed on emissions.
MY96
FMIC
440 injectors
AVCR + Controller
255 walbro
Apexi Induction.
Blitz DV

1st Fast idle test

TEST
CO. 0.51% Fail
HC 43ppm Pass
Lambda 1.05 Fail


2nd Fast idle test

CO. 0.07% Pass
HC 20ppm Pass
Lambda 1.18 Fail

Natural idle test

CO 0.49% Pass (just)

Any ideas what it may be. I got the different readings by changing the airflow on the hand controller. Unfortunately can't get both the CO. and Lambda under at the same time.

Its running with a Scoobywork Ninja Sports Cat downpipe , Resonated centre and afterburner vortex back box.

Would reducing the fuel duty or % make any difference or do you think a new Lambda will do the job.

Any help would be appreciated.
