Default classic my97 engine noise help

Hey,

I'm fairly new to the scoob and have recently discovered a new engine noise. It's noticable at idle, increases with revs and doesn't seem to go away when warmed up.

My classic 97 wrx had the cam belt changed about 2k miles ago, before i got her and from what I've managed to research I think it's coming from the water pump area but wondered if anyone would recognise the type of noise:

I've uploaded a small video clip to youtube as I can't get to a garage for a few days and don't want to cause any major damage.

YouTube - wrx

I may be being paranoid what with a new car and new noises but i'm fairly sure this aint right.

I really appreciate any advice, cheers

Angelo

cheers mate, appreciate it... yeah its the slightly higher pitched knocking sound.

I think it's coming from behind the bottom of the belt assembly but I'm no mechanic either so am open to any advice. i know it's a nightmare trying to diagnose noises in this way I just dont wanna cause any more damage till I can get it looked at.
