Default overheating and wobbly block

having a slight overheating problem if i have been driving fairly hard and then ease off for a while when ever i slow down or become stationery car temp goes up to around 3/4 on gauge and as soon as i start moving again, and get sum air through at speed it goes down again?iv checked coolant and fans seem to be working aswel all tho earlier the fans didnt seem to want to turn off.
iv also noticed that wen ticking over if i lift the bonnet the block seems to be wobbling alot,it wasnt doing it yesterday however

Partially blocked radiator or thermostat not opening/closing properly at a guess.
Hopefully not one of the Head gaskets if the engine has a bit of a "wobble" on tickover.

If you only had one of the head gaskets done, its quite possible the other side has gone t*ts up mate.
