Newage coilpacks vs pre96 coil packs
How much better are the newage coil packs vs the older design coil packs.
Is it a matter of just wiring them in (bypass) the ignitor etc?
Anyone tried them in a conversion?
Thanks Ticky

Thanks for the offer Haroon but I already have some spares just incase.
I also have the newage coilpacks along with the wiring & connectors. Ive just found the thread on Nasioc of how to wire them up. Had read up on it before but could not remember where. The conversion seems popular over there.
My concern was the dwell times may have to be adjusted to suit the earlier car? Well thats what I read on here. maybe is does or maybe it doesn't.
So do these newage coilpacks have a built in ignitor?
Why have subaru gone back to coilpacks?
Thanks Ticky
