Moving my car !!
Got the front end off my car at the moment because i am fitting a front mount and a face lift conversion but i need to move the car off the driveway !!!
I have no intercooler fitted at the moment and so wondered will it be ok to start her up and move the car ??
Dont want to end u sucking anything into the turbo and damaging it !!
cheers

If you can make up a pipe from MAF to throttle you will be OK, just disconnect the actuator so there is no risk of getting the turbo overspeeding!

If it's just to move the car (i.e. not drive it more than down the drive way and up), you can probably do it on the starter motor. In Sweden they teach you to do it to break the rails on railway crossings if you stall in the middle Note, I'm not sure how healthy this is on the starter motor, as the theory in sweden may be that it's better to ruin your starter motor than get hit by a train, but it certainly moves the car.
If it was me, I'd probably connect the filter directly to the throttle body, start it up and move it that way.
