Default Rear off-side wheel will not turn

Just tried to move the car off the drive and the rear offside wheel won't turn!

I'd washed the car yesterday so thought the brakes were just stuck on... Tried driving back and forth to release the breaks and the car eventually moved, but I could hear dragging.

Got out and noticed that the ground where the rear offside wheel was had drag marks.

I've tried hitting the wheel and break with a wooden mallet to release it but with no success.

Anyone have any suggestions? I'm hoping it not the differential?

I've sorted it for now... some aggressive rocking eventually did the trick.

Don’t think the neighbours will like me now after the revving!

Remove the caliper and disk and try again, if it still doesnt turn its diff related rather than brake related. Hopfully its just seized handbrake shoes!
