too low boost.. how raise it on the actuator?

Default too low boost.. how raise it on the actuator?

i got a Z4 Mines ECU... it should now runs with 1.0 bar... but i only got around 0.8~0,85 bar... maybe cause i have a Wagon Model...

the Wastegate Actuator Arm is adjustable on my model...

i only mean about i must screw it out or more in?

You must shorten the rod. Rule of thumb is 10mm otherwise you may start overboosting.

This is assuming that this is your problem.

okay thanks i will try it later when i have time to check boost levels again (i always first driving 20 mins to get good temperatures ... and not blows up my coil plugs)

10mm max to get to high boost (like 1.3 or whatever) ... or is 10mm around 0,1-0,15 bar?

how much overboost is okay? i have now 1.0 bar... but for a second it goes up to 1.25bar ... no fuelcut --- oh i forgot.. i only have a cheap analog Boost Gauge so maybe its not so accurate

If it's a WRX wagon then the Z4 Mines ECU has the wrong boost control for the TD04 turbo. As it's setup for the TD05.
You have to work the TD04 harder to achieve the same level of boost.

i have a STI 2 Wagon... so i have a TD05 Turbocharger ... or not?

The model of turbo will be stamped on the casing.. you should be able to see it standing infront of your car and looking through the gaps in the pipework! If its a TD04 then change the ECU!
